Productivity Tips

Welcome back to our blog!

I'm here to share some productivity tips to help you survive this week (—and this heat).
I am not a super productive person, but these things help me finish my day. Hope this helps you too!

1. Start in the morning

- It is vital to start your busy day in the morning, just right after you've had breakfast and morning ritual. This will help you be energized and inspired for the rest of the day. You have to get up, eat, work out or whatever your routine is, then go straight on with your important activities.

2. Take little breaks

- Give yourself a break every once in a while. While you're focused with studying or getting your work done, you'll be drained if you don't rest. I've read about this 50/10 rule, wherein every 50 minutes of studying/working equals to a 10 minute rest. :)

3. Make a list

- This is something essential whenever I start working! Making lists is effective when you've got so much to do and so little time. With this, you get to write down (or type) your to-do's, and it prevents you from forgetting a task. This simple list may get you through your rough day.

4. Create a system

- Since we want to be as time-efficient as possible, you create a system of what will you be doing. For example, when you get to work, what do you do first? You could do similar tasks (like answering emails, making calls) for a specific time, then go on to the next task. This brings focus with what you are doing.

5. Prioritize

- Last but definitely not the least, learn how to prioritize! Do the important homework or deliverable first. After finishing this, you'll see that you won't cram in doing the minor ones, and would probably have enough time for it.
