Bali Packing Guide
We will be going to Bali in a few days and we figured that a packing guide would definitely come in handy. So we want to share this with you just in case you're planning to travel there. (—or somewhere along the same lines)
DOCUMENTS
- Passport, Visa, I.D. and some extra 2x2 / 1x1 / passport sized photos
- Plane tickets and other passes
- Confirmation for your hotel accommodation
- A photocopy of all your travel documents
- Clearance / Permit for younger travelers
- Money
| TIP: Get a separate plastic envelope (or passport holders that have other pockets in it) to place all your documents in one place. Put this inside your handbag so that it would be easier for you to take it out when you need it.
CLOTHES
- Undergarments
- Swimming suit/s
- Light tops
- Shorts / Flowy trousers
- Sandals / Slippers (that goes with everything that you brought with you)
- Maxi Dress / Maxi Skirt / Sarong (for your trips to temples)
- A pair of *cheap* sunglasses (because the monkeys might steal these stuff from you!)
- Simple accessories (that also goes with the majority of what you will wear)
| TIP: Before you pack clothes, take note of the local temperature / weather in your destination.
TOILETRIES
- Moisturizing Cream
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Hairbrush
- Toothbrush and a small tube of toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Skin care products
- Sunscreen (both for your face and body)
- Sanitary Pads (if necessary)
- Small towel
- Insect repellant lotion
| TIP: Buy those travel-friendly containers and fill them up with your products than bringing the whole bottle with you.
OTHER ITEMS
- A cloth bag / plastic bag (for your dirty clothes when you get home)
- Universal plug adapters (most hotels can provide you with one if you ask them)
- Phone & Charger (that lists all your itineraries / ticket info. in)
- A camera, extra battery pack, SD card & Charger
- A small book
- Other gadgets (that you might want to take along with you)
